This is the version effective 11 October 2026.
1. About these terms
- These terms apply to the Sandooqi app and the Sandooqi cloud platform (together, “the platform”), which NET WIZARDS L.L.C, Al Quoz Industrial Area 4, Dubai (“we”, “us”) provides with the Sandooqi box.
- By creating an account or using the platform you accept these terms. If you buy a box, you accept them at purchase.
- Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under UAE law, including Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection. Where these terms and the law differ, the law applies.
2. Your account
- You sign in with your mobile number or email address and a one-time sign-in code. Keep your phone and email account secure.
- The owner of a box is the person named on the order, or the person to whom we hand the box over. The owner manages the household, the plan and the owner’s PIN.
- The owner can invite household members. Household members can see the box, and create and cancel delivery codes. The owner is responsible for who they invite and can remove them at any time.
- You must give us accurate details and keep them up to date.
3. Delivery codes and the PIN
- A delivery code is six digits that open the box. It works for the time and the number of uses you choose.
- You decide who receives a code. Anyone who has a valid code can open the box. Share a code only with the person you expect, and cancel it if you no longer need it.
- We show the digits of a code only on the phone that created it, and on the courier page reached from the link you share. We do not keep the digits in a readable form and cannot show them again.
- The owner’s PIN opens the box at the keypad. Do not share it. You can change it in the app.
4. What the box is and is not
- The box is a lockable steel box that makes it harder for others to take your parcels. It is not a safe and not an insurance.
- We are not responsible for the contents of parcels, for parcels left outside the box, or for loss of a parcel after a person with a valid code or the PIN has opened the box, except where UAE law makes us responsible.
- Check that a parcel fits in the box. Do not use the box for perishable, dangerous, illegal or very valuable items.
5. Availability of the platform
- The platform needs your home Wi-Fi, power at the box, mobile networks and services from third parties, such as messaging providers. We cannot guarantee that it is always available.
- When the box is offline you cannot create new codes. Codes already stored in the box and your PIN keep working while the box has power.
- We may stop the platform for short periods for maintenance. We try to do this at quiet times and to tell you in advance when we can.
6. The plan
- The platform’s features, including delivery codes from the app, alerts, the delivery history and household sharing, are provided under a plan, one plan for each box.
- The first year of the plan is included with the box. It starts on the day the box is installed and activated.
- From the second year the plan costs AED 185 a year before VAT (AED 194.25 with 5% VAT), or the price in force at the time of renewal.
- The plan renews automatically every year, charged to the card you save with our payment provider, Stripe. We remind you before each renewal.
- If we change the price of the plan, we tell you at least 30 days before your next renewal. You can cancel before the renewal if you do not accept the new price.
- You can cancel the plan at any time in the app or by contacting us. Our Refund and Cancellation Policy explains when a renewal is refunded.
7. If the plan is not paid
- If a renewal payment fails, the plan becomes past due. You keep every feature for 14 days while we and Stripe try the payment again, and we remind you by email and WhatsApp.
- If the plan is still unpaid after 14 days, or if you cancel it, the plan lapses at the end of the period you paid for.
- When the plan has lapsed, your own PIN still opens the box at the keypad. You will not be able to create delivery codes from the app, receive alerts, see the delivery history or share with your household.
- You are never locked out of a box you own.
- When you pay again, every feature returns at once.
8. Acceptable use
You must not:
- use the platform for anything unlawful;
- try to open, bypass or interfere with a box that is not yours, or with our systems;
- try to guess codes, test our security or overload our systems without our written permission;
- copy, resell or reverse-engineer the app or the platform, except where the law allows it.
9. Suspension and ending
- We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or that puts the security of other customers at risk. Where we can, we tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.
- Suspension never takes away the owner’s PIN.
- You can close your account by contacting us. Our Privacy Policy explains what happens to your data.
10. Our responsibility
- We provide the platform with reasonable care and skill.
- We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, or for loss caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as a power cut, a network outage or a failure of a third-party service.
- Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility where UAE law does not allow it to be limited.
11. Changes to these terms
- We may update these terms. We tell you at least 30 days before a change that affects you takes effect, by email or in the app.
- If you do not accept a change, you can cancel the plan before it takes effect.
12. Law and disputes
- These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai.
- Please contact us first at sales@netwizards.ae or on +971 4 33 66 540. If we cannot resolve the matter, the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction, without affecting your right to complain to the consumer protection authorities.
13. Language
These terms are published in Arabic and English. If the two versions differ, the Arabic version prevails.
