Prices are before 5% VAT. One box with its installation is AED 4,095 with VAT; the plan is AED 194.25 a year with VAT.

Does the courier need an app?
No. The courier types six digits on the keypad. You can send the code by WhatsApp, SMS or a phone call.
Which couriers does it work with?
Any courier, from any company. The box does not depend on one. Whoever has your code can deliver.
Can I open the box without my phone?
Yes. You set a personal PIN at installation and type it on the keypad.
What happens if the Wi-Fi or the power goes off?

What does the yearly plan pay for?
Delivery codes for couriers, alerts, the delivery history and sharing with your household. The first year is included from the day we install the box. From the second year the plan is AED 185 a year plus VAT. Without a plan, your PIN still opens the box.
Where do you install?
At villas in the cities of Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman and Umm Al Quwain. We do not serve the other emirates yet.
