Privacy Policy

This is the version effective 11 October 2026.

1. Who is responsible

NET WIZARDS L.L.C, Al Quoz Industrial Area 4, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, is responsible for your personal data in Sandooqi. We handle it in line with Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data. 2. What we collect

1. Order details: your name, mobile number, email address, the installation address, the Makani number if you give it, and your preferred installation day.
2. Payment details: whether a payment succeeded, its amount and date. Your card number is handled by our payment provider, Stripe, and never reaches our servers.
3. Installation records: photos of the installed box and the name and signature of the person who accepts the handover.
4. Box records: the box’s state, door openings and closings, alerts, and the history of deliveries and collections, including the label you give each delivery code.
5. Account and device data: the names and phone numbers of your household members, sign-in records, and session data such as the time and the device you signed in from.

3. What we do not keep

1. We do not keep the digits of delivery codes or of your PIN in a readable form. We keep only a value from which the digits cannot be read back.
2. We do not track you on our website for advertising. If we ever add analytics or advertising tools, we will say so here first.

4. Why we use it

1. To take and deliver your order, install the box and give you the warranty.
2. To run the platform: create codes, open the box when you ask, send alerts and keep your history.
3. To take payments and issue VAT invoices, as the law requires.
4. To keep the platform and your box secure, for example to detect wrong codes or forced openings.
5. To answer you when you contact us.

We rely on the contract with you, on our legal obligations, and on our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure. Where we need your consent, we ask for it.

5. Who we share it with

1. Stripe, our payment provider, for payments.
2. Messaging providers, to send you sign-in codes, alerts and messages by SMS, WhatsApp and email.
3. Our hosting provider, which stores the platform’s data for us [HOSTING PROVIDER AND REGION, TO CONFIRM].
4. Couriers you choose: when you share a delivery code by link, the person who opens the link sees the code, its end time, the villa’s address and your gate note.
5. Authorities, when the law requires it.

We do not sell your personal data.

6. Transfers outside the UAE

Some providers, such as Stripe and messaging providers, may process data outside the UAE. We use them only with the protection the law requires.

7. How long we keep it

1. Order, payment and invoice records: as long as the tax and commercial laws require [RETENTION PERIOD, TO CONFIRM].
2. Installation photos and signatures: for the warranty period and as long as we may need them for a claim.
3. Box and delivery history: while you have the box with us, unless you ask us to erase it earlier where the law allows.
4. Sign-in records: for a limited time for security.

8. Your rights

You can ask us to:

1. give you a copy of your personal data;
2. correct data that is wrong;
3. erase your data, unless we must keep it by law;
4. stop or limit how we use it, or object to a use;
5. move your data to another provider where the law gives that right.

9. Cookies

1. The Sandooqi app and the staff console use only essential cookies, which keep you signed in and protect against misuse.
2. The marketing website does not use tracking cookies.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. We will tell you about important changes by email or in the app.

11. Language

This policy is published in Arabic and English. If the two versions differ, the Arabic version prevails.
